Plans, pricing, token credits, and invoices.

Awk Teams pricing has two parts: a fixed monthly fee per team and variable LLM token usage, drawn from prepaid credits at a fixed $0.01 per credit.

What's included

Token credits

LLM token usage is the only variable cost. Agents use frontier models to process your requests — reading code, writing code, reviewing PRs, analyzing tickets, drafting emails.

Credits cost $0.01 each ($1 = 100 credits). Credits are consumed based on the tokens used by each agent action. A typical small ticket consumes 1,000–1,500 credits; a typical large ticket (such as a codebase refactor) runs 5,000–10,000 credits, depending on complexity. You can monitor usage in real time on your console dashboard.

To keep any one runaway ticket from draining credits, an owner can set a per-ticket cap: when a single ticket hits the cap it pauses and asks before spending more.

Credit pricing is subject to change. We'll notify you at least 30 days before any pricing changes.

Free trial

Every new account starts on the Starter plan with a free trial of up to 14 days on the monthly fee, plus 3,000 trial credits ($30 value) to cover initial usage. Growth and Scale are upgrade tiers you move to once you outgrow Starter — they don't include a separate trial.

Your trial clock starts on your first Slack message to your awks — that's when real work begins — and ends at 14 days, or when your credits are used up, whichever comes first. If your credits run out inside the 14 days, a short grace window lets you top up (currently 24 hours to add $50 in credits) — top-ups don't extend the 14-day calendar. After the trial, token usage draws down your prepaid credit balance at $0.01 / credit.
